MicroRNA与肾癌关系的研究进展

摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类长度在18~25个核苷酸的内源性非编码单链小分子RNA,在转录后水平调控基因表达,影响细胞生长、增殖、分化和凋亡等生理或病理过程。肾癌是泌尿系统中一种非常常见的恶性肿瘤。研究表明, miRNA在肾癌的发生、发展过程中发挥了重要作用。本文就miRNA在肾癌中的研究进展予以综述。 MicroRNA (miRNA) is a kind of endogenous non coding single stranded small molecule with 18~25 nucleotides. It regulates gene expression at the posttranscriptional level and influences bio-logical or pathological progress including growth,proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis of cell. Re-nal cell carcinoma is a type of urinary cancer which happens commonly. It is reported that miRNA plays a vital role in the carcinogenesis and progression of renal cell carcinoma. The purpose of this re-view is to reveal the relationship of miRNA in renal cancer.
