西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗磺脲类药物失效老年糖尿病76例临床分析被引量：2

摘要选取就诊的76例对磺脲类药物失效的老年糖尿病患者,随机均分为对照组(优泌乐25R皮下注射)和观察组(西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗)。比较两组治疗前后FBG、2HpG、HbA1C、FCp和PCp的差异。两组患者FBG、2HpG和HbA1C均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),FCp和PCp较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),但组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。西格列汀联合二甲双胍对磺脲类药物失效的老年糖尿病患者与单用预混胰岛素效果相当,使用方便,低血糖发生率低。
