B超在剖宫产宫壁疤痕缺损诊断中的临床应用及相关因素分析 被引量：4

摘要 选取100例行剖宫产产妇的临床资料,所有经产妇回院进行B超检查,根据检查结果将产妇分为宫壁瘢痕缺损组与完整组。共检出剖宫产宫壁瘢痕缺损者63例,检查率为63.00%,宫壁瘢痕缺损组瘢痕的位置与宫颈内口之间的距离明显近于完整组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);缺损组的后位子宫明显多于完整组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);剖宫产宫壁瘢痕缺损的检出率比较高,且瘢痕缺损与宫颈内口之间的距离更近,而子宫后位则是其主要的危险因素。
