摘要
目的探讨自制充气式压迫带预防血液肿瘤患者PICC置管穿刺点出血的效果。方法将住院800例接受PICC置管血液肿瘤患者按数字序号随机分成实验组和对照组各400例。对照组采用常规人工压迫30min,实验组采用自制充气式压迫带加压包扎1h。结果实验组与对照组比较,两组穿刺点出血率、出血量和出血持续时间均有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论自制充气式压迫带预防血液肿瘤患者PICC置管穿刺点出血效果好,且操作简单、安全、减少护士工作时间从而提高护士工作效率。
Objective To discuss the effect of oppression belt with homemade inflatable on the prevention of hemorrhage from PICC catheter puncture site in blood cancer patients. Methods 800 cases of hospitalized blood cancer patients who accepted PICC catheter were randomly as-signed by numeric order into experimental group and control group. Each group contained 400 cases. Control group used conventional manual compression for 30 mins. The experimental group used the homemade inflatable oppression belt for 1 h. Results Compared the bleeding rate, the difference of bleeding volume and duration between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion The homemade inflatable oppression belt has better hemostatic effect in blood cancer patients with PICC catheter, and the operation is simple, safe, does not increase hours of nurses working.
