疏肝理气法治疗胃痛100例疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Shuganliqi Method in the Treatment of 100 Cases of Stomach Pains

目的研究疏肝理气法治疗胃痛的临床疗效。方法选取收治的200例由于肝气犯胃致胃痛的患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组各100例。对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予中药联合治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率93%,对照组总有效率78%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝理气法治疗胃痛临床疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Shuganliqi method in the treatment of 100 cases of stomach pains. Methods 200 cases of liver stomach pains in our hospital from 2010 November to 2013 October as research objects, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group with 100 cases. The control group was given omeprazole treatment, treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of control group, two groups of patients were compared. Results The total effective rate was 93% in treatment group, total effectiveness in control group was 78%, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Con-clusion The curative effect of Shuganliqi treating stomachache is obvious, it is worthy of clinical application.
