中西医结合治疗原发性血小板增多症22例 被引量:2

摘要 观察中西医结合治疗原发性血小板增多症的疗效。将22例住院的原发性血小板增多症患者根据临床表现进行中医辨证论治,以血府逐瘀汤为基础方加减,配合西医使用羟基脲、干扰素治疗,并设单纯用羟基脲、干扰素治疗对照组进行对比。治疗组总有效率(90.91%)明显优于对照组(72.73%,P<0.05)。中西医结合治疗原发性血小板增多症优于单纯西医疗法,可有效改善患者病情,且能较好稳定病情,具有积极的临床推广意义。
