Research Progress of Meridian Theory and Acupuncture in the Treatment of Chloasma

黄褐斑多因肝郁气滞、脾虚湿阻、肾精亏损所致气机郁滞、气血亏损、经络不畅,以致气血不能上荣于面部、瘀浊凝结于面部而成,通过经络刺激,使其气血畅达,改善及恢复面部气血运行及供应,正气恢复,则瘀浊之斑消除。本文基本总结国内专家学者针灸治疗黄褐斑经验,可提供临床参考借鉴。

Melasma usually caused by liver depression and qi stagnation, wet resistance pixu(spleen deficient), kidney essence loss resulting in qi stagnation, qi and blood loss and main and collater-al channels, so that blood can’t honor in the face, stasis cloud condensation formed on the face, and stimulating the meridians to make blood accessible, improve and restore facial blood running and supply, vital qi, restore yuzhuo of spot removing. In this paper, the acupuncture experiences from domestic experts and scholars in the treatment of chloasma were summed up to provide clin-ical reference.
