N末端B型利钠肽前体在老年心力衰竭的诊断与预后中的应用价值

Application Value of N at the End of B Type Natriuretic Peptide Precursor in the Diagnosis and Prognosis of Senile Heart Failure

目的探究N末端B型利钠肽前体的测定在老年心力衰竭患者的诊断及预后中的应用价值。方法选取我院住院部收治的老年心力衰竭患者与健康老年人进行对比研究,分析比较两组人员的N末端B型利钠肽前体水平。结果两组患者在血浆中的N末端B型利钠肽前体水平、左心室射血分数及左室舒末内径的比较上,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 N末端B型利钠肽前体对老年心力衰竭患者的诊断和预后具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the application value of N terminal B type natriuretic peptide precur-sor in the diagnosis and prognosis of older patients with heart failure. Methods Senile heart failure pa-tients of patient department in our hospital were selected as healthy subjects, N terminal level of B type natriuretic peptide precursor of two groups were compared. Results N terminal of plasma B type natri-uretic peptide precursor levels and left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular inner diameter at the end were compared, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The diagno-sis and prognosis of N terminal B type natriuretic peptide precursor of elderly patients with heart failure is of great significance.
