摘要目的探究老年股骨粗隆间骨折应用DHS与PFNA固定治疗的疗效对比结果。方法将我院收治的98例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组各49例,对照组给予DHS固定治疗,观察组应用PFNA固定治疗,对比其疗效。结果两组的骨折愈合时间、术后髋关节Harris评分、优良率及并发症均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与参照组比较,观察组的手术时间和术中出血量明显较优,差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DHS与PFNA固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效显著,并发症少,髋关节恢复好,其中PFNA固定治疗可减少手术时间及出血量,可优先选择。
