依达拉奉与醒脑静联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of the Efficacy of Edaravone Combined with Xingnaojing in Therapy of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨依达拉奉联合醒脑静治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择收治的84例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。两组均给予基础治疗,对照组加用醒脑静治疗,观察组加用依达拉奉+醒脑静治疗。比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损改善情况、GCS评分改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分显著优于对照组,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,两组不良反应发生率差异无显著性。结论依达拉奉联合醒脑静治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of edaravone and Xingnaojing for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 84 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Based therapy was performed in the two groups, control group was treated with Xingnaojing, observation group was used edaravone and Xingnaojing. Nerve function defect, GCS score improvement and adverse reactions of two groups,before and after treatment, were compared. Results Nerve function defect score of observation group was significantly better than control group after treatment, total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group. There was no significant difference of adverse reactions. Conclusion In accordance with edaravone combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, curative effect was safe, reliable and worthy of clinical promotion.
