人免疫球蛋白治疗手足口病的临床研究

Clinical Studies of Human Immunoglobulin in the Treatment of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease

目的：观察手足口病患儿接受人免疫球蛋白静脉注射治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年10月～2014年2月100例手足口病患儿为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组50例。两组患者均接受抗病毒药物治疗以及抗炎治疗，试验组在此基础上给予人免疫球蛋白静脉输注，观察两组临床效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96%，明显高于对照组的74%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组临床症状改善时间及体征消退时间明显短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论经静脉大剂量应用免疫球蛋白治疗手足口病可收到满意效果，有助于早期快速控制患儿病情，降低病死率，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical results of HFMD children accepted human im-munoglobulin. Methods 100 cases HFMD children from October 2012 to February 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases of each group. Two groups of patients received antiviral therapy and anti￣inflammatory treatment,the experimental group received intra-venous infusion of human immunoglobulin on this basis. Treatment effects of the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed. Results The experimental group total effective rate was 96%,significantly higher than the control group(74%), there was statistical significance(P<0.05). The im-provement of clinical symptoms and signs subside time in experimental group were significantly shorter than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of high￣dose intravenous immunoglobulin in the treatment of hand, foot and mouth disease can receive satisfactory results to help children with HFMD and get a rapid control and reduce mortality, be worthy of clinical promotion and application.
