CYP2C19基因慢代谢型与PCI术后围术期心肌梗死相关性研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨CYP2C19基因型与PMI发生的相关性。方法选取我院283例行择期PCI术的冠心病患者,根据其CYP2C19基因型分为快代谢型、中间代谢型和慢代谢型,比较各基因型PMI的发生率。结果慢代谢型患者PMI发生率明显高于其他类型患者(P<0.05);CYP2C19慢代谢型与PMI存在正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 CYP2C19基因慢代谢型患者更易发生PMI,临床应加强对此类患者的预防。
