胃肠外科手术切口感染的影响因素分析 被引量:11

摘要 分析胃肠外科手术切口感染的影响因素。回顾性分析收治的54例胃肠外科手术后切口感染患者的临床资料,观察比较不同性别、年龄、手术时间、是否输血及不同病变性质患者手术切口感染发生情况,总结胃肠外科手术切口感染的影响因素。导致手术切口感染的致病菌主要包括G+菌(主要包括肠球菌与表皮葡萄球菌)与G-菌(主要包括大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、克雷伯杆菌与肠杆菌),其构成比分别为67.5%和32.5%。手术切口感染影响因素中,性别与病变性质因素之间的感染发生率无显著差异(P>0.05),年龄、手术时间与术中是否输血、有无腹腔感染等因素之间感染率具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。影响胃肠外科手术切口感染的因素主要包括年龄、术中输血、手术时间及腹腔感染,临床治疗过程中应采取积极预防措施,以减少手术切口感染的发生。
