二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗32例多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 选取2012年10月～2014年2月我院收治的64例多囊卵巢综合征患者.随机研究组和对照组各32例.研究组给予二甲双胍联合妈富隆治疗;对照组给予妈富隆治疗,疗程均为6个月.结果用药治疗后与治疗前比较,研究组的T、LH、IMB指标水平均明显下降(P＜0.05),FSH指标水平明显上升(P＜0.01),TC、TG、LDL-C水平均明显降低(P＜0.05),HDL-C无明显波动(P＞0.05).对照组的T、LH、IMB及血清脂质、低密度脂蛋白指标水平下降均不明显(P＞0.05),FSH、HDL-C升高亦均不明显(P＞0.05).相比单独使用妈富隆,应用二甲双胍联合妈富隆来治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果更好.
