套筒冠义齿用于缺失牙伴牙周病修复后的疗效 被引量：4

摘要 选取2009年1月～2010年12月在我院接受治疗的牙列缺损伴牙周病患者35例,结合患者病情给予套筒冠义齿方法治疗,观察义齿使用疗效及对比治疗前后患者牙周袋深度、牙齿松动情况、牙槽骨情况以及牙龈状况等.结果经过采用套筒冠义齿方法帮助牙列缺损伴牙周病患者进行治疗,经过1～2年采访发现,义齿使用良好,同时牙周病患者牙齿松动程度有所降低、牙槽骨边缘高度没有出现降低情况、患者基牙的骨硬板以及牙周膜结构完整,并且牙周袋随着时间的推移也逐渐消失,大部分患者获得治疗效果良好.针对牙周炎患者采用套筒冠义齿进行修复治疗能获得良好的治疗效果.
