摘要
目的 探讨血液分析仪检验急慢性白血病的临床应用价值.方法 选取2011年1月~2014年1月我院收治的急慢性白血病患者50例(急性23例,慢性27例),另选取同期于我院进行常规体检的健康志愿者50例为对照组,利用血液分析仪对患者的空腹静脉血样本进行分析,并比较检测结果.结果 由检测结果可知,急慢性白血病患者的血红蛋白分别为33.17±5.39g/L和31.68±4.32g/L,均显著低于对照组;但白细胞及CRP则高于对照组水平,组间比较均有明显差异(P<0.05).但急慢性白血病患者血红蛋白、白细胞计数及C反应蛋白的组间差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 血液分析仪能准确判定急慢性白血病,临床应用价值较高,可作为急慢性白血病的首选检测方法.
Objective To explore the clinical applications of hematology analyzer test in acute and chronic leukemia. Methods Patients with acute and chronic leukemia in January 2011 to January2014 in our hospital, 50 cases(23 cases of acute and chronic 27 cases), were selected. Another routine physical examination in the same period, 50 cases of healthy volunteers, were used as control group in our hospital. Using blood analyzer fasting blood samples was for analyze, and the detected result were compared. Results From the test results, acute and chronic leukemia patients hemoglobin were(33.17±5.39)g/L and(31.68±4.32)g/L, were significantly lower than the control group; But WBC and CRP levels in the group were significantly different between the two groups(P <0.05).However, in patients with acute and chronic leukemia hemoglobin, differences of white blood cell count and C-reactive protein group were not statistically significant(P >0.05).Conclusion Hematology analyzer can accurately determine acute and chronic leukemia, can be used as the preferred method for detecting acute and chronic leukemia as a high clinical value.
