培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期肺癌患者对其生活质量影响及疗效分析

Analysis on the Quality of Life of Patients and Therapeutic Effects of Pemetrexed Combined with Platinum in the Treatment of Advan ced Lung Cancer

目的 探讨培美曲塞联合铂类药物顺铂应用于晚期肺腺癌的治疗对患者的生活质量影响以及疗效.方法 选取2012年1月～2013年6月间我院收治的90例晚期肺腺癌患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组采用培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗,对照组采用多烯紫杉醇治疗,治疗2个周期后观察两组患者的治疗效果,并比较两组患者治疗前后的CEA水平以及生存质量.结果 治疗2个周期后观察组患者的治疗有效率为86.67％,对照组为60.00％,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).治疗前两组患者的CEA水平以及卡氏评分无明显差异,治疗后均较治疗前明显改善,但是观察组患者治疗后的改善幅度更加明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 培美曲塞联合顺铂应用于晚期肺癌患者的治疗可以显著提高患者的生活质量,提高治疗效果.

Objective To investigate effect of pemetrexed combined with cisplatin in patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma and influence for life quality. Methods From 2012 January to June 2013 in our hospital, 90 cases of advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients were randomly divided them into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with pemetrexed combined with cisplatin, the control group was treated with docetaxel therapy, treatment for 2 cycles. The efficacy, CEA level and the quality of life before and after treatment, was observed and compared. Results After 2 cycles of therapy, the effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%, 60% in the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant, χ2=18.18, P<0.01. There was no significant differences in CEA levels and Karn score of two groups of patients before treatment, while they were significantly improved after treatment and the magnitude of improvement was more obvious, the difference between groups was statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion Pemetrexed combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced lung cancer can significantly improve the patient's quality of life, improve the treatment effect.
