Clinical Effects of HC Video Laryngoscope and Traditional Macintosh Laryngoscope for Endotracheal Intubation Anesthesia

摘要目的探讨HC视频喉镜与传统Macintosh喉镜用于麻醉气管插管的临床效果.方法选取2013年1月～2014年1月于我院就诊的模拟颈椎制动患者共100例.随机分为对照组和观察组各50例.对照组患者采用常规的Macintosh喉镜进行插管治疗,观察组给予HC视频喉镜治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗效果.结果观察组患者插管时间为22.1±8.5s,对照组为55.3±9.0s;观察组患者插管难易程度评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).讨论采用HC视频喉镜插管治疗颈椎制动可很好的显露声门,效果明显,降低对心血管的影响,值得临床推广应用.
