2型糖尿病肾病血凝四项与血脂检测的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 探讨2型糖尿病肾病患者血凝四项与血脂检测的水平及其临床意义。选择100例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,测定三组患者空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、血凝四项和晨尿中微量白蛋白等指标,进行相关性分析。2型糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值与TC呈正相关(r=0.377,P<0.05),与TG呈正相关(r=0.345,P<0.05),与Fg呈正相关(r=0.488,P<0.01),与PT呈负相关(r=-0.377,P<0.05),与APTT呈负相关(r=-0.413,P<0.05)。2型糖尿病患者在病程进展的过程中会发生血脂代谢的紊乱和体内高凝状态,伴随着肾病的加重,代谢综合征表现更加严重。
