老年股骨粗隆间骨折采用PFNA微创治疗的临床效果分析 被引量：2

摘要 选取我院2010年1月～2011年1月采用PFNA微创治疗的56例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者临床资料进行观察分析,观察患者手术情况,同时对其随访期内骨折愈合情况进行研究分析.结果所有患者手术均顺利进行,手术时间为65.32±7.20min,出血量为165.32±10.35ml;随访结果显示患者骨折愈合时间为3.41±0.35个月,患者均未出现术后并发症;Harris功能评分优良率为92.9％.PFNA微创治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折能够减少对患者机体损伤,术后并发症发生率低,患者骨折愈合良好.
