中医外治法治疗盘源性腰痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Discogenic Low Back Pain by External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的观察中医外治法治疗盘源性腰痛的临床疗效。方法将符合盘源性腰痛诊断的36例患者纳入观察。采用中医综合外治法进行治疗,分别在治疗前及治疗后1周,根据视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及日本骨科学会腰痛评分标准(JOA)对患者进行临床疗效评定。结果治疗后1周及1个月,患者各项评分均明显改善,治疗1周后VAS评分为4.10±0.7分,日本JOA评分为25.3±1.2分;治疗1个月后,VAS评分为3.20±0.5分,日本JOA评分为26.5±2.3分。结论多种外治法联合运用,对盘源性腰痛有显著疗效,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of external treatment of discogenic low back pain. Methods 36 patients with discogenic low back pain were included in the study. The comprehensive external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the patients before and 1 week after treatment according to visual analogue scale(VAS) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain score(JOA). Results After one week and one month of treatment, the scores of VAS and JOA in Japan were improved significantly. After one week of treatment, the VAS and JOA scores were 4.10±0.7 and 25.3+1.2 respectively. After one month of treatment,the VAS and JOA scores were 3.20±0.5 and 26.5±2.3 respectively. Conclusion The combination of multiple external therapies has significant effect on discogenic low back pain, which is worthy of clinical application.
