中药联合雷贝拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌的研究

Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined Rabeprazole Research for the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori

目的观察雷贝拉唑联合自拟方中药对幽门螺旋杆菌感染的治疗效果,寻找其他的治疗方案。方法随机将经C13幽门螺旋杆菌检测证实为阳性的55例患者,分为治疗组28例和对照组27例。治疗组行雷贝拉唑联合自拟方中药治疗,对照组行雷贝拉唑联合阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗,疗程结束后1个月复查C13幽门螺旋杆菌检测结果。结果治疗组的幽门螺杆菌转阴率与对照组无显著统计学差异。结论雷贝拉唑联合自拟方中药治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效与西药三联疗法的疗效相同,中药自拟方可以替代抗生素的使用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of rabeprazole combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine on Helicobacter pylori infection and to find other therapeutic schemes.Methods Fifty-five patients with positive detection of Helicobacter pylori C13 were randomly divided into treatment group(28 cases)and control group(27 cases).The treatment group was treated with rabeprazole combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group was treated with rabeprazole combined with amoxicillin and clarithromycin.The detection results of Helicobacter pylori C13 were re-examined one month after the end of the treatment.Results There was no significant difference in the negative rate of Helicobacter pylori between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with self-made Chinese herbal medicine has the same efficacy as triple therapy of Western medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection.The self-made Chinese herbal medicine can replace the use of antibiotics.
