摘要
本文讨论了水峰拖尾原因及其消除或减少的办法,采用了甘油单油酸酯作为乙醛、丙酮、丁烯醛、醋酸、水溶液气相色谱分析的固定液,在含水量低于50%时,各组份能得到满意的分离。
Methods for reducing the tailing of elution cuzves in gas-liquid partition chromatography of samples containing water and other polar liquids are described. Using glycerine mono-oleate supported on brick-dust as the stationary liquid phase, mixture of acetaldehyde, acetone, crotonaldehyde and acetic acid containing large amounts of water can be analyzed gas-chromatographically with satisfactory results.
