摘要
研究了#1,#2,#3有机淬火介质的冷却能力,结果表明:#1介质冷却能力最弱;#3介质冷却能力最强;而#2介质30℃时的冷却能力比60℃时略强。通过观察试样的金相组织,发现用#1介质淬火得到的试样基体组织以珠光体和铁素体为主,用#3介质淬火得到的试样基体组织为马氏体,而用30℃的#2介质淬火的试样基体组织主要为贝氏体。
The cooling capacities o f#1,#2,#3 organic quenching mediums were investigated.The result showed that#1 medium has the lowest cooling capacity,#3 medium has the strongst cooling capacity,and the cooling capacity of#2 medium at 30℃is some higher than its cooling capacity at 60℃.It was revealed by observing the microstreucture of the specimen that the matrix of the specimen quenched in#1 medium consisted mainly of pearlite and ferrite,the matrix of the specimen quenched in#3 medium consisted of martensite,and the matrix quenched in#2 medium having temperature of 30℃ consisted mainly of bainite.
