摘要
采用中频炉熔炼,生产灰铸铁缸盖,在铸件底部加工面上发现黑斑缺陷,经分析发现该缺陷是由于熔炼过程中增碳剂上浮而引起的。采用优质增碳剂后,缺陷问题已获解决。
Medium-frequency furnace was used to produce gray iron cylinder heads and black spots defects were found at their machined bottom surfaces.Analysis revealed that the defects were caused by the recarburizing agent which floated upwards during melting process.After using high quality recarburizing agent as the substitute for former recarburizing agent the defect has been eliminated.
