摘要
对呋喃树脂自硬砂铸造大功率船用柴油机灰铸铁缸套扫气口粘砂的原因进行了分析,通过提高砂芯的紧实度和均匀性,改进涂料刷涂方法、增加涂料浸入层厚度,改变芯骨结构,调整浇注温度等措施,基本解决气口粘砂问题。
The reason caus ing burning-on defect at scavenging ports of gray iron cylinder liners of heavy marine diesel engine cast with furan resin sand mold was analyzed.The defect problem has been basically solved by adopting following measures:increasing compaction degree and uniformity of sand cores,improving coating brushing process,increasing coating penetrating thickness of cores,changing core rod configuration,adjusting pouring temperature,and so on.
