摘要
为适应球铁使用条件的多样性和对性能的更高要求,认为现行球铁用生铁标准有进一步细化和深化的必要性,提出如下建议:(1)保持生铁牌号和w(S)i量划分不变;(2)提高w(Mn)量分组中w(Mn)的最高量,降低各组的上下限差,并增设特组w(Mn)量;(3)降低w(P)量分级中w(P)的最高量,各级的上下限差设为0.02%,特级w(P)量改为≤0.02%;(4)将一、二类w(S)量的上下限差定为0.010%,三类w(S)量、特类w(S)量分别改为】0.035%~0.050%、≤0.015%;(5)增设w(Ti)量分档。
Considering the diversity of the working conditions of nodular irons as well higher and higher properties requirements for the castings,it was believed that the current standard of pig iron for nodular iron should be futher detailed and deepened.It was proposed:(a)keeping the current iron grades and Si content classification unchanged;(b)increasing the maximum content of Mn of the Mn content groups and reducing the difference between the upper and lower limit of Mn content in every group;(c)reducing the maximum content of P in the P content groups and setting the difference between the upper and lower limit as 0.02%,as well as changing the P content of the special class as≦0.02%;(d)setting the difference between the upper and lower limit of S content of the 1-st class and 2-nd class as 0.010%,changing the S content of 3-rd class and special class as>0.035%0.050%and≤0.015%respectively;(e)adding Ti content classification.
