基于Pro/Moldesign和EMX的缸盖罩压铸模具设计

摘要 在分析铸件工艺的基础上,用Pro/E的Moldesign模块完成了模具主体部分的设计,并用专家模架系统EMX完成了模架的设计。EMX的运用,省去了以往设计铸模后再逐个设计模架组件的繁琐工作,结合通用模具设计模块Pro/Moldesign,大大提高了模具设计的效率。模具动画仿真结果,验证了所设计缸盖罩压铸模具的合理性。 Based on the process analysis of the casting,the main part of the die mold was designed by using the Moldesign module of Pro/E,and the mold frame was designed by using expert system EMX.As a result the troublesome design work of the mold frames,which formerly had to be designed one by one after die mold design finished,could be saved.Combined the general mold tooling design module Pro/Moldesign,the mold tooling design efficiency could be increased obviously.The result of animation simulation of the mold tooling approved the rationality of the die casting mold designed for the cylinder head cover.
