摘要
本文介绍一种新型功率超声波发生器系统电路,波形产生采用了正弦波脉冲宽度调制SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width M(?)dulation)技术,由8098单片机完成频率自动跟踪及换能器自动匹配工作.功率电路采用了MOSFET(场效应管)新型电力电子元件.
This paper introduces a new type of power ultrasonic source circuit system, the techniques of SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse width Motdulation) are used to generate the wave form.The single chip microprocessor 8C98 are used to follow the frequency and to matching the impedance of the transducer automatically. Noval power electronic elements are used in the power circuit.
