摘要
本文应用可靠性设计知识,分析了桥吊主梁满足正常使用的极限状态,建立了概率设计模型,实测、调查、分析了载荷效应和正常使用抗力的分布规律及参数,确定了许用可靠指标大小,推荐了实用设计表达式,使起重机设计又前进了一步.
This paper uses knowledge of reliability design to analyse the limit state of the main beam of a bridge crane in normal practice, to set up the model of probabilistic design, to test, to investigate, to analyse the load effect, the distribution regularity in normal used resistivity and parameters. Through the analysis, determining the permissible reliability index,recommending the practical design formulas, it is a progress for bridge crane design.
