摘要
本文以火炸药生产中经常用到的固液非均相硝化器为研究对象,采用0.005m^3,0.018m^3。0.051m^3及0.150m^3的模拟硝化器,考察各种条件下固相停留时间分布(RTD)的变化规律,并导出了对应的RTD模型和参数,根据RTD模型参数B在各个模拟硝化器中的变化规律,确定了固液非均相硝化器最佳中试釜的体积为0.030m^3。给出了模拟硝化器体积大干0.030m^3后RTD分布模型参数上B值的变化规律的数学表达式。为硝化器的中试放大提供了可靠的RTD模型和设计依据。
The solid-liquid nitrators are often used in propellant and explosive production. RTD of the solid-phases has been observed under various conditions by means of some scaled nitrators (0.005, 0.018,0.051 and 0.150m^3), and corresponding RTD patterns and parameters are deduced. The vessel volume of the optimum pilot test scale about the solid-liquid nitrators has been determined as 0.030 m.3 based on the RTD in these nitrators. The mathematical expressions of the parameter B of RTD are given as the volume of nitratots larger than 0.030 mm. The results provided both the reliable RTD patterns and the design basis for the pilot test amplifying of the nitrators.
