关于字形规范的几个问题

Standardization of Chinese Character Forms

文章把字形的笔画变化分为基础形变和条件形变两种基本类型 ,指出二者关涉的社会对象不同。文章还讨论了新旧字形与繁简字、正异字的关系 ,考察了新旧字形的笔数计算、笔顺、条件形变和部件、结构的归整等具体问题 ,对制定穷尽性的规范汉字字形表提出了建议。

The article divides the change of form of Chinese characters into two classes: the fundamental change and the conditional change. It points out that these two kinds of form change refer to two different social objects. It discusses the relationship between the old new forms and original (complex) simplified forms, the old-new forms and normal variant forms. It inspects those concrete problems such as the stroke number, the orders of stroke,the coditional change, the standardization of the character components (radicals) and their compositions. It also offers some suggestions on making a complete standard character list.
