摘要
本文从实用化出发,开发了铸件凝固过程计算机模拟FEMCAST软件。该软件具有计算方法先进、精度高、稳定性好及数据前后处理功能较强等特点。该软件在实际应用中取得了满意的结果。
A practical software FEMCAST has been developed for solidification simulation and shrinkage prediction of castings, including both preprocessing and postprocessing functions. The results obtained by this program have high precision and stability, because the advanced numerical method was used. The program has been successfully applied in the practical casting production and satisfactory results has been achieved.
