摘要
本文是在激光全息无损检测(简称HNDT)高聚物研究中,利用有限元计算方法,对其叠层粘接缺陷在真空负压载荷下形变量进行计算。基于大量的计算结果,对周边固定圆板受均压挠度理论公式用于高聚物叠层结构加以修正,为HNDT方法在高聚物材料领域的探伤系统设计及探伤条件的选择提供科学依据。
The finite element method is used in the study of HNDT for bonding defects of polymeric substances under vacuum-pressure difference. In accordance with a large number of calculated results, one of formulas for deflection of the periphery-fixed circulur plate has been modified. It can be a scientific basis for the design of HNDT system and for the choice of the test conditions.
