俄罗斯是世界大国中惟一仍然徘徊在世贸组织大门之外的最大的经济体。目前,俄罗斯同世贸组织各成员的谈判进展顺利,有望于2004年加入世贸组织。俄罗斯加入世贸组织不仅是俄本国的一件大事,而且将对中俄双边贸易产生一定的影响。

At present, the negotiations between Russia and the member state states of WTO are going on smoothly. In 2004,there will be hope of Russia's WTO entry,which is a major event in Russia and will have a certain effect on the bilateral trade between China and Russia.
