摘要
本文针对薄小铸钢件的粘砂问题,研制了GHS-1型剥离涂料,并对涂料剥离机理进行了探讨。结果表明该涂料能有效地改善铸件表面质量。
To overcome the burn-on of the thin or small steel castings, the GHS-Ⅰ water-based peeling-off coaling had been developed and the mechanism had been investigated in this paper. The result shows that this coating can improve casting surface quality efficiently.
