国际法律思维是各国法律人,从全球背景出发,运用其理性逻辑思维,对国际法律问题的一种观察、思考。当今世界全球化趋势日渐明显,这也要求我们的法律思维对此做出相应的变革以适应国际社会新形势的发展。

The thought of international law is that all countries law persons in the world background, use their reasonable logic to observe international law problem. Nowadays globalization is gradually obvious. This new situation requires us to change some method of our thought to keep up with the development of the international society.
