On Perfect of Community Police Service Strategy in New Period

社区警务是指存在于警方和社区之间的一种相互利用的过程,是依托社区建设而建立起来的新型警务机制。我国 社区警务处于创始阶段,在实际工作中存在一些问题。为此,要完善社区警务战略:转变警务理念;健全完善弹性工作制;合 理构建社区;树立群众观念;建立社区警务保障机制。

The community police service is a process in which the police and the community take advantage of each other, and it is a new police mechanism based on the construction of the community. The community police service in our country is still in its early stage and has some problems in practice. Therefore, to perfect the community police service strategy, we should change service concept, set up a whole flexible work system, construct the communities reasonably, hold the mass service idea and build the community police service mechanism.
