摘要
偷渡犯罪活动是目前影响沿边沿海地区社会治安稳定的突出问题。积极研究和探索偷渡活动的规律、特点和手 段,采取有效的措施和对策,不断加大侦查破案的力度,严厉打击偷渡违法犯罪活动,是当前公安边防工作的重中之重。
Illegal emigration crime is an outstanding problem that occurs along the seashore areas and frontiers and influences the local stability of social order. To positively research the regulation, characteristics and means of it, adopt the valid counter-measures, enlarge investigation and attack the criminals strictly, is the most important task in current public security officers' border defensive duties.
