大学英语词汇教学在语言交际及英语教学中具有重要地位。目前词汇教学存在要求不高、重视不够、方法单一等 误区已成为制约学生进一步学好英语的最大障碍,应利用构词法、谐音法、联想法、分类法、比较法等多种方法进行词汇教 学,切实提高英语教学水平。

College English vocabulary teaching is of great significance in the language intercourse and English learning, and it is also the largest obstacle for the students to improve their English level. Recently vocabulary teaching has some shortcomings: low requirement, low attention and monotone methods. We can adopt the following means to learn it: word-building, echoism, association, taxonomy, comparison, etc.
