摘要 采用PIV对半开式离心泵叶轮内旋转流场和叶轮与蜗壳间隙的流速场 ,选择 3个不同方位的窗口进行了测量。所测量的 3种不同运行工况 ,其流量分别为额定流量的 1.4、1.0和 0 .6倍。不同窗口测得的两叶片间流道的流速分布表明 :即使在设计工况下 ,整个叶轮各叶片间的流速分布也不是对称的 ;在非设计工况尤其明显 ,3个叶槽之间的流场分布更加不同 ;特别是在小流量工况时 ,始终存在一个低速区 ,位于叶槽进出口之间 ,靠近压力侧。 The internal circumfluence flow field of semi-shrouded centrifugal impeller and its velocity field between impeller and volute are measured by PVI at three windows of different directions. And three operation points of the pump are measured at the ratios of flow rate of 1.4, 1.0, and 0.6, respectively. The results of velocity distribution in passages between two impellers measured at different windows show that the velocity distributions are asymmetric even under the design operation point; the flow field distributions among three blades are even more different under other operation points. Especially at small-discharge operation points, a low velocity zone always exists between the inlet and outlet, and near the pressure-side of blade.
