This article illustrates how to create a new situation in sports competition in institutinons of higher learning in accordance with the national fitness campaign,the guidelines and principles established by the Party.The author states that more widespread and competitve sports games should be carried out in order to create an atmosphere and cultural awareness in competitive sports events in institutions of higher learning based on the current situation of the competitiveness of sports activities in colleges and universities as well as the demands of the national fitness campaign.
