摘要
本文分析了用SAP5P进行轮式装载机结构件强度分析与可靠性分析的条件,讨论了计算中可能出现的问题,对计算模型的建立,各类部件单元的选取,计算结果的数据处理、应力分布和强度分布函数的确定和选择等提出了一套可行的方法,有很高的实用价值。
In this paper we analyse the condition of strength evaluation and reliability analysis of loader steel structure with SAP5P program, discuss the probably existing problems in calculation and introduce a practical method for setting up mechanical model, chosing and dividing up elements, trcating the result data, determining stress distribution function and strength distribution function. It will be valuable to engineering ptactice.
