摘要
今年扬州市遭遇历史罕见的特大洪涝灾害,灾情十分严重,给扬州市社会经济的可持续发展带来极大的负面影响。本文在分析扬州市洪涝灾害特点、成因的基础上,提出今后减灾工作的具体对策。
An exceptionally severe flood in history affected Yangzhou city this year. The losses caused by the flood disaster were serious, which exerted great negative influence upon the sustainable development of social economy in Yangzhou city. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and causes of the flood, this paper presents the countermeasures for disaster reduction.
