The Eight-Power Allied Forces is loosely organized, but an important international organization. There exists a process between China and the Eight-Power Allied Forces from estrangement to getting involved step by step, from divergence to progressive integration. The relation with the EPAF is one of the important stages for China to step towards the developed countries.
