The Study on The Influence Factors and Countermeasure For The Intervention of AIDS For Woman Working in Entertainment Venues

目的 了解在娱乐场所中开展服务小姐艾滋病预防性干预的影响因素,探索针对性的干预对策。方法 通过基线调查了解服务小姐安全套使用的影响因素,采取提高其认知水平和消除知识向态度和行为转换过程中影响因素的作用相结合的策略实施干预,终末调查评价干预效果。结果 服务小姐缺乏相关知识、个人负担过重、非付费性伴多等均可明显影响安全套的使用,实施干预措施后安全套使用率显著提高。结论 知晓艾滋病知识不是安全套使用的充分条件,了解由获取知识到改变行为的过程中存在的影响因素,并采取针对性的干预措施十分必要。

Objective To acquire the influence factor of controlling AIDS when carrying out the preventing strategy for woman-working in entertainment venues, and explore a countermaeasure. Method the preventing strategy that improving the knowledge level and reducing the influence factors' impact which block the conversion from knowledge to behavior acquired before intervention is applied and accessed after intervention . Result the influence factors include the lack of knowledge, heavy burden and more sex accompaniments, the usage rate of condoms is increased significantly after intervention. Conclusion the strategy considering the knowledge level and the influence factors is nevessary.
