多层螺旋CT面神经管曲面重建图像的解剖与临床应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT曲面重建 (CPR)图像对面神经管的显示能力及其在面神经管解剖研究与面瘫诊断中的应用价值。资料与方法 回顾分析 30例正常人及 11例面瘫患者的多层螺旋CT面神经管CPR图像 ,对 30例正常人 (6 0耳 )各段进行测量。结果  30例正常人均可在一幅图像上清晰显示双侧面神经管结构 ,显示率10 0 % ,11例面瘫患者中 9例能良好显示病变段面神经管 ,显示率 81.8%。CPR图像上测得面神经管解剖数据与文献基本一致 (P >0 .5 )。CPR图像能确定面瘫病因 ,面神经管受累部位、程度。结论 多层螺旋CT面神经管CPR图像是目前研究面神经管影像解剖的良好方法 ,为临床诊断和治疗面神经管的解剖变异、先天畸形、外伤。 Objective To evaluate multislice helical CT curved planar reformation (CPR) in displaying facial nerve canal (FNC), and in diagnosing facial paralysis.Materials and Methods FNC manifestations on CPR images in 30 normal individuals and 11 facial paralysis patients were retrospectively analyzed. Each segment of FNC in 30 normal individuals (60 ears) was separately measured.Results In all 30 normal cases, bilateral FNCs could be well displayed on a single image. Of 11 patients with facial paralysis, the diseased segment of FNC could be displayed in 9 (81.8%). The anatomic data of FNC obtained from CPR were essentially in agreement with that reported in literature (P>0.5). CPR image could suggest the cause of facial paralysis and show the affected site and extent.Conclusion Multislice helical CT CPR of FNC is an ideal method for the study of imaging anatomy of FNC, providing clinicians with valuable information concerning the anatomic variations, congenital malformations, trauma, etc. of FNC.
