摘要 分析餐饮场所的火灾特点,对餐饮场所消防设计中存在的难点进行探讨。以某餐饮建筑为例,介绍其消防设计情况,充分考虑其平面布局和使用功能等特点。对醇基燃料的使用、排烟管道的防火、开放式厨房、传菜口安全性等消防设计问题提出解决方案,如采用独立隔离间、安装自动灭火系统、设置独立安全出口、限制装修材料的燃烧等级等,提出相应的优化策略和具体措施,使提出的解决方案可以达到相关规范要求的同等水平,减少火灾事故的发生。 The fire characteristics of dining place was analyzed,and the problems of fire design were discussed.Taking a dining hall as an example,the fire design was introduced,and the plane layout and function were fully considered.Suggestions on fire safety design problems such as the alcohol based fuel usage,fire prevention of smoke exhaust pipe,open kitchen,and dish mouth safety were put forward,including using separate isolation room,installing fire extinguishing system,setting separate exit,and limiting the combustion grade of the decoration materials.Corresponding optimization strategy and measures were proposed,to improve the solution plan to suit the standard requirement,and prevent the accidents.
