分析当前主战救援和通信指挥车机动性、设备配置、通信能力、侦察能力方面的问题,对车辆进行优化,设计现场通信组网,研制融合通信指挥功能和侦察救援功能的功能侦察突击车,实现重大灾害发生时第一时间投放兵力、第一时间运送器材、第一时间侦察信息和第一时间抢险救援。从实战测试情况看,该侦察突击车通过性良好,一般城市环境中通信无线信号可靠覆盖可达1.5km,高层建筑30层以下基本可以实现无线信号全覆盖,能够满足现场音视频传输和通信保障的需要。

The problems of the rescue and communication command vehicle were discussed including mobility,device configuration,communication capability and investigation capability.A multifunctional reconnaissance and raider vehicle was developed which integrated communication and command functions and reconnaissance rescue functions.When a major disaster occurs,this new type of vehicle can be achieved first time for putting troops,first time for transportation of equipment,first time for reconnaissance and first time for rescue.From the actual test,the multifunctional reconnaissance and raider vehicle's trafficability characteristic was fine and it could be fitted to the need for audio transmission and communication support as its wireless signal could cover 1.5km and 30 floors high-rise building in city environment.
