摘要
结合直径5m柴油油池的燃烧试验得到的温度场与热辐射场数据,验证柴油油罐火灾FDS模拟模型。对40m直径油罐火灾进行全尺寸模拟。依据GA 634-2006《消防员隔热防护服》和GA 10-2002《消防员灭火防护服》,取整体热防护性能值(TPP)为35.0和28.0计算两种常见消防服的防辐射安全距离。对于直径40m、高15m的柴油油罐,在地面高度灭火时,灭火防护服安全距离为68m,身着灭火隔热服在此距离上的耐受时间为300s;如果利用云梯车,消防员身着灭火防护服在10m高度灭火时,临界距离可以缩小至50m。
Based on the temperature and heat release data of combustion test of a 5min diameter diesel pool,the FDS model of diesel tank fire was verified.A 40 min diameter oil tank fire was simulated by FDS.According to the GA 634-2006 Protective Clothing for Proximity Fire Fighting and GA 10-2002 Protective Clothing for Firefighters,taking TPP(Thermal Protective Performance)of 35.0and 28.0,the safe distance of two kinds of fire protective clothing was calculated.For diesel tank with 40 min diameter and 15 min height,the safe distance of protective clothing for firefighters is 68 mand the duration time of protective clothing for proximity fire fighting is 300 sat this distance,when the firefighters stands on the ground.The safe distance of protective clothing for firefighters can be shorten to 50 m when the firefighter stands on the aerial ladder fire truck 10 mfrom the ground.
